Tier 1 — Starter $279 / month

Includes: Low‑dose tirzepatide (10-20mg/month)

Tier 2 — Standard $399 / month

Includes:

Medium‑dose tirzepatide 30-40mg/month

1 IV therapy session per year ($175 value) with 12 month commitment

Tier 3 — Executive Tier $499 / month

Includes:

High‑dose tirzepatide (50-60mg/mo

1 IV therapy session every 6 months. ($350 value) with 12 month commitment  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Memberships are 3 month minimum, perks of complementary (1-2) IV therapy sessions with a 12 month commitment Medication and supplies sourced from 1 pharmacy and delivered to your home

- Personalized dosing based on your personal response and goals.

- Insurance is not billed because they do not cover and we value the relationship between us and the patient, no third party involved to dictate what we can and cannot do; HSA/FSA may be used depending on your plan

- Microdosing will be billed out at $120/mo if desired after weight goal is achieved.

- If bloodwork hasn’t been done in 6 months (annual requirement usually done by primary care office) We can draw in office for $45 additional charge.
