Tier 2 — Standard $299 / month

Best for:

Most patients after initial titration starting at month 3 Medium-dose semaglutide (3-4mg per month)

1 IV therapy session per year ($175 value) with 12 month commitment

Tier 3 — Executive Tier $399 / month

Best for:

Higher doses, desire routine IV therapy High‑dose semaglutide (5-10mg)

1 IV therapy session every 6 months. ($350 value) with 12 month commitment

  • Personalized dosing based on your personal response and goals.
  • Insurance is not billed; HSA/FSA may be used depending on your plan
  • Microdosing will be billed out at $120/mo if desired after weight goal is achieved.
  • If bloodwork hasn’t been done in 6 months (annual requirement usually done by primary care office) We can draw in office for $45 additional charge.
